Referral Program
Occasionally, our clients will ask our contractors to refer candidates directly to them. The Hicks Consulting Group contract states that our contractors will refer prospective candidates to HCG and not directly to our clients. You will be rewarded if you refer a candidate that we place, a job order we fill, or if you refer both a job order and the candidate that fills that job order.
- Colleague Referral
If you refer a colleague not previously known to us, and we subsequently place your referred candidate on assignment, you will be eligible for a referral award. The award will be paid in increments of $250 for each 480 hours worked and billed by HCG, up to a maximum of $500. In order to be eligible for a colleague referral, you must personally know the candidate. "Blind referrals" do not qualify for this program. -
New Client Referral
If you refer a new client lead to us and we fill that requirement, you will receive $250 for each 480 hours worked and billed by HCG, up to a maximum of $500.
Referral payments are determined at the discretion of the referral committee. If you would like additional information about our referral program, please contact your HCG Recruiter or Human Resources.
